Mojo Monday 244 and H2H Colour Challenge

This week I decided to enter two challenges with one project. Over at Mojo Monday, the challenge was a cute little sketch, while the gals at H2H challenged participants to use black, white, and one other colour in a project. So here is the sketch...

And here is what I did with it, using black, white and juniper as my colours...

To create the flower with ribbon, I simply pulled the thread along one edge of the ribbon until I reached the right amount of ruffling. Then I tied it off, and used a button to cover the centre.

This time I chose not to stamp a sentiment, so I can decide what occasion to use the card for later.

CTMH Products used to create this card include:
Black, White Daisy and Juniper Cardstock
Cruisin' Paper Packet (argyle pattern only)
Cricut Art Philosophy Collection (used to cut the borders)
Black Ink Juniper ribbon Buttons (white)
White Baker's Twine

Thanks for stopping by and Happy Scrapping!
