Well, it was a colour challenge this week over at Heart 2 Heart; amethyst and crystal blue. The additional challenge was to use glitter, if you dared! I played along using the Wonderland paperpack and amethyst card stock, and my favourite Glitz Glitter Gel. And here is what I came up with...
I loved what Allisa from the DT did with her glitter, and I used the same technique on both the outside, and the inside...
CTMH products used to create this card include:
Wonderland Level 2 paper pack (X7146B)
Amethyst cardstock (X5922)
Dark Chocolate Striped Ribbon (Z1617)
Glitz Glitter Gel - Silver (Z1482)
Hooray Bouquet (D1491)
Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge (Z1686)
Thanks for looking and Happy Scrapping!
Such a pretty card! I think you did a great job with Allisa's glitter technique. Thanks for taking the H2H color challenge!

I really like the way you only used the second half of the sentiment. Pretty card! :-)
ReplyDeleteGreat card! I like just the touch of a purple flower with the chocolate ribbon and blue papers.
ReplyDeletePretty card! I like how the inside is just at finished and nice as the outside! Thanks for playing along at H2H.

Very pretty I love the addition of the large ribbon! Thank you for playing along at H2H
ReplyDeleteI do love this card. The chocolate does add such warmth to these cool colors... that ribbon intimidates me. I've yet to use it... I have it... but I'm afraid of it..lol... is that irrational?...lol! You did a fantastic job with it. I will try to be brave....
ReplyDeleteWhat a surprise - chocolate and amethyst! A lovely not expected combo. Your flower is so pretty, too! Thanks for playing H2H and come back some more!
ReplyDeleteThanks for all of your comments ladies! I am so glad to have discovered H2H! I am loving playing along! Thanks for all the inspiration!
